As we received a large number of enquiries via e-mails, faxes and
telephone calls daily, we may not be able to respond to you in
time with your questions.
We have prepared the following questions and answers to answer the
most common questons we received.
Q. Do you have rooms available at these XXXXXX dates?
A. As hotel bookings happen every minute, it is quite impossible
for us to confirm whether rooms are available for particular
dates unless we receive a booking instruction from you.
Generally rooms are available due to the allotments we have,
however, for certain periods, the rooms may not be available. We
cannot check unless you wish to confirm your bookings.
Q. What are the prices for Single, Double, Twin etc. etc. room types?
A. Please refer to the "Check Rates/Book" option under each hotel.
All booking options and their prices are clearly stated. Please
visit the hotel details and check for prices from there.
Q. What does the various room types represent?
A.
Single - For One Person / One Bed
Twin - For Two Persons / Two Single Beds
Double - For Two Persons / One single Big Bed for two persons
Triple - For Three Persons / Usually One Big Bed for two plus one single bed, could be three single beds
Q. What is "w/ BF" and "w/o BF"?
A. "w/ BF" means Room Rates includes Breakfast, and "w/o BF" means Room
Rates do not include Breakfast.
Q. What currency are the prices quoted in?
A. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars, unless otherwise stated.
Q. Are your prices current?
A. All our prices are current and up-to-date. If there are any changes
to the prices you see on screen, you will be informed prior to
confirming your booking.
When there are seasonable fluctuations, and there is a price increase,
you are free to reject our offer price and cancel the booking without penalties.
If there any any changes in price, you will always be informed first!
Q. Can you offer a better price for XXX number of nights stay?
A. Our prices are already amongst the lowest, if not the lowest available,
as such, we are unable to offer further discounts unless you are staying
for more than 30 nights in total (one booking). Only then we can talk
to the hotels for better discounts.
Q. I am a member of XXX alliance, a staff of XXX company, carry a
XXX discount card etc., do we qualify for discounts?
A. As at 18 Jan 2002, we do not have any further discount structures for
for discount cards or corporate accounts. However, this may change in
future.
Q. Do you offer hotel pickup?
A. Generally, hotels do have their pickup service. However, we do not
recommend it as it is fairly expensive as compared to taking a taxi/cab
directly from the airport. A normal trip from the Changi Airport to
town should not costs you more than S$30 (including airport surcharge),
and your wait for a taxi/cab is usually only about 5 minutes or less. We
strongly recommend that you take the taxi/cab instead.
Q. Are prices for per person or per room?
A. All prices are for PER ROOM, unless otherwise stated.
